Our Ugly Duckling Mirror 5 pack features 5 sheets of ugly duckling mirror acrylic. Sheets included in the bundle are Ugly Ducklings and will have imperfections, such as imperfect masking, cracked corners, excess debris, scratching, and miscut sizing. Each sheet is close to our 12" x 19" sheet size and are either 1/8" or 1/16" thick. The mirror colors in a bundle cannot be guaranteed, and each bundle is NOT guaranteed to be different.

This durable material is ideal for signage, jewelry, keychains, awards and various creative projects. With its 1/8" thickness, it offers a great balance between flexibility and strength.

Masking: Plastic Protective Covering
Recommended Glowforge Setting - We recommend removing the clear plastic on your mirror acrylic and paper masking both sides of the acrylic. Masking both sides of the acrylic will prevent the silver backing from getting damaged and prevent the plastic covering from melting on your tray. When cutting or engraving we like to put the silver side up and mirror our design. You can use the proofgrade setting for Medium Black Acrylic.

The colors of our products as displayed on our website may appear differently on various monitors and browsers due to differences in screen resolution and calibration. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee an exact match on all devices.

Please allow a +/- ½ inch variation for length and width sizes, and a +/- 30% variation in thickness for all acrylic sheets. The corners/edges on acrylic sheets will be unfinished or slightly chipped from cutting down to size. 

Please note that our products are typically paper masked and prepared for laser engraving, with some styles featuring a protective plastic film. While the plastic film is deemed laser-safe, we advise removing it and substituting it with a paper masking option for optimal results. Should you observe any lifting or tearing of the paper masking, we recommend removal and replacement for the best laser processing experience.

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more for orders shipping to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii orders of $150 or more will ship for FREE. To qualify for free shipping your order must be the free shipping amount or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Most orders with free shipping will ship via UPS Ground, however, we reserve the right to choose the shipping courier that is best suited for your order. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please Note FedEx will automatically require a signature for ANY order OVER $500.00

For orders under $100, we calculate shipping based on your order weight and delivery address. Our preferred shipping courier is UPS as we notice they have fewer delays and treat packages better.

Large Sheets: At this time acrylic sheet sizes 24"x35" or larger only qualify for free shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states. We are unable to ship these large sheets outside of the lower 48 states.

International Orders: For orders outside the U.S. shipping is calculated based on your address and order. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Cut Off Times: Orders containing all in-stock items placed before 3 PM CST will ship the same business day. Custom orders or orders containing on-order items will ship as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the business day after. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). You can split your order by adding our "Split Order Fee". This will allow all in-stock items to ship the same business day, any items not in stock will ship as soon as they become in stock.

Delayed or Lost Orders: While our team works hard to ensure all orders go out on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.  USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail estimated delivery dates, and UPS/FedEx does not guarantee Ground delivery dates. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until a shipping claim has been opened and the package has been declared lost by the shipping courier. If you believe your package is lost, please e-mail info@houstonacrylic.com to start the claim with the shipping courier.  Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.

Cancel Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail info@houstonacrylic.com with your name and order number. Please note, not all order cancelation requests are able to be honored, as our team works hard to ensure orders are shipped the same business day. We do charge a 3% fee for cancellations to account for the credit card processing fees we are not refunded on these order.  If your order is already fulfilled, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
