Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. To see exact shipping rates, simply create a cart and proceed to checkout. Keep in mind that shipping carriers often have a set shipping rate for packages weighing between 0-10 lbs., so adding multiple items to your cart may not significantly increase your shipping cost. U.S. * orders over $50.00 ship at a discounted rate of $7.50, and U.S.* orders over $100.00 ship for free. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must reach $150.00 to qualify for free shipping.

During checkout, you'll see various shipping options. Your order will ship via the method you select. We primarily use UPS and FedEx for shipping. Orders that qualify for Flat Rate or Free Shipping will generally ship via UPS Ground Or FedEx Ground. Please note that UPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground shipments, and FedEx does not guarantee delivery times for Home or Ground deliveries. The delivery time frames displayed during checkout are estimates provided by the carriers and may not account for weekends, holidays, or business hours. UPS and FedEx do guarantee delivery times for Overnight Air and 2nd Day Air shipments. Keep in mind that weekend deliveries may not be available with some shipping methods. For detailed information, we recommend visiting the respective carrier's website to review their terms and conditions.

Orders containing in-stock items will ship the same business day if placed by 3:00 PM CST. Orders that include made-to-order items, such as 9"x12" or 24"x35" sheet sizes, Custom Sheets, Acrylic Shapes, or laser cutting services, may require additional processing time. As a general rule, if an item shows an online inventory count on our website, it will likely ship the same business day. Custom Acrylic Shapes typically ship the same or next business day. While we aim to have pre-cut 9"x12" and 24"x35" sheets ready to ship, there may be rare occasions when additional cutting is needed, which could delay shipping to the next business day. We also strive to ship orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, depending on staff availability.

We list tested settings for popular lasers on each product page. If you don’t see your machine listed, visit our Settings Database, where other customers have shared what worked for them. Settings can vary by machine wattage, speed, and cleanliness, so we always recommend doing a small test cut.

Yes! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes! We have a showroom available to visit where you can see all our options in person!

Yes! All of our acrylic sheets come with masking to protect the surface during storing and shipping. Most will have a paper mask, but some may have a plastic film depending on the manufacturer.

Yes! We offer 2"x2" samples for most of our acrylic colors and specialty materials. This is a great way to test compatibility with your machine and see the color in person before committing to a full sheet.
